Planning & Zoning Commission Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 10-15-l(B) of the Open Meetings Act (NMSA 1978, Sections 10-15-01 through 10-15-04), that the Planning & Zoning Commission for the Village of Cloudcroft will be holding a PUBLIC HEARING on TUESDAY, JULY 12, 2022, at 9:00 A.M., in the Village Council Chambers, 201 Burro, Cloudcroft, NM, 88317. The Public Hearing will be for the purpose of a Variance Request submitted by Bob and Mary Higgins for their property located at Legal Summary: Subd: Timerline South Blk 8 Replat C Lot: A-2-1.145 acres more or less, the adjacent lot to the west of 1077 Blanca Vista, in Cloudcroft, NM. Mr. and Mrs. Higgins wish to build a garage (accessory building) on the lot and is requesting a variance of the size of the building from the allowed 750 sq.ft. to approximately 1664 sq.ft ..
