Minutes of the WORK SESSION of the Governing Body for the Village of Cloudcroft, held on Tuesday, April 26, 2022, at 4:30 p.m., in the Village Council Chambers, 201 Burro Avenue, Cloudcroft, NM.
Mayor William Denney, called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m., with the following Governing Body members present: Mayor Pro Tern-John Tieman; Trustee Jim Maynard; Trustee George Mitchell, and Trustee Gail McCoy.
Staff present: Barbara K. Garcia, Clerk.
TOPIC OF WORK SESSION
VILLAGE CODE -TITLE 7 -UTILITIES, PUBLIC WAYS AND PROPERTY, CHAPTERS 1,2 & 3
The Governing Body reviewed and discussed bulk water distribution and rates inside the Village and outside village location areas. Mayor Denney will provide information to the village attorney for the first draft of proposed additions to the ordinance.
