NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Governing Body of the Village of Cloudcroft, New Mexico will consider for adoption at its regular meeting on the 14th day of December, 2021 at 6:00 p.m., at the Village Offices on Burro Avenue, Cloudcroft, New Mexico, an Ordinance, the title and general subject matter of which is as follows:
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBSECTION 2-1-2 OF THE CLOUDCROFT CODE ESTABLISHING THE TERM OF OFFICE FOR MEMBERS OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
The subject matter of the Ordinance provides for the term of members of the Planning and Zoning Commission to begin when approved by the Board of Trustees until the next organizational meeting held pursuant to NMSA 3-11-5 in January following the election of municipal officers at the Regular Local Election.
A copy of the Ordinance may be obtained from the Village Clerk at the Village Offices during normal business hours upon payment of a reasonable reproduction fee.
