Minutes of the Work Session of the Governing Body for the Village of Cloudcroft, held on Saturday, November 6, 2021, at 8:30 a.m., in the Village Council Chambers, 201 Burro Avenue, Cloudcroft.
Mayor Denney called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. with the following Council members providing a full Quorum:

The following Village staff and guests were present: Barbara K. Garcia, Clerk/Treasurer; Grover Sterling, Mark Tatum, Laura McDermott, John Bennett, Roberta & Eric Haecker, Virginia Littlefield, Jessica Beach, Tom Blessum, Dennis McKinney; self #1)
The pledge of allegiance to the US and NM flags was led by Mayor Denney.
Discussion: Village Code Title 7 – Utilities Public Ways and Property, Chapters 1, 2 & 3
The governing body stated their reasons for taking this to a work session and what they are going to accomplish through the review. The review process of Title 7-1-1 through 7-1-5 was completed and governing body input was notated. Input from the audience was taken during the session.
