Minutes of the BUDGET WORK SESSION of the Governing Body for the Village of Cloudcroft, held on Friday & Saturday, April 1-2, 2022, at 8:00 a.m. through 4:30 p.m. each day, and Sunday, April 3, 2022, from 8:00 a.m. to 11 :00 a. m. at the MCM Elegante Resort, 107 Sierra Blanca Dr., Ruidoso NM.
Mayor William Denney, called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m., with the following Governing Body members present: Mayor Pro Tern-John Tieman; Trustee Jim Maynard; Trustee George Mitchell and Trustee Gail McCoy.
Staff present: Barbara Garcia, Clerk; Jini Turri, Deputy Clerk; Jubal Hall, Public Works Supervisor; Kevin Summers, Chief of Police; Erich Wuersching, Fire Chief.
TOPIC OF WORK SESSION
FY 22.23 INTERIM BUDGET REVIEW
The Governing Body reviewed and discussed proposed interim budget expenditure requests with the Public Works Supervisor, Chief of Police and Fire Chief. Work session discussions were held with Clerk and Deputy Clerk to review interim budget forecasted revenue and expenditures for all funds with recommendations on increases and decreases being discussed.
A second work session was set for April 14, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. for further input on Interim Budget FY22.23.

Mayor Denney adjourned the work session at 11 :00 a.m. on Sunday, April 3, 2022 .
