Planning and Zoning Commission Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 10-15-l(B) of the Open Meetings Act (NMSA 1978, Sections 10-15-01 through 10-15-04), that the Planning & Zoning Commission for the Village of Cloudcroft will be holding a PUBLIC HEARING on TUESDAY, JANUARY 18, 2022, at 11:00 A.M., in the Village Council Chambers, 201 Burro, Cloudcroft, NM, 88317. The Public Hearing will be for the purpose of a Variance Request made by Shelley Hughes, Architect, on behalf of David and Shirley Christiansen for their property located at 605 and 607 Coyote, in Cloudcroft, NM. The Christiansen’s will be re-platting the two lots into one and propose to build a new residence on the lot. The Christiansen’s are requesting approval of a 10-foot front yard setback instead of the required 25 feet. Inquiries regarding this Public Hearing should be directed to the
