NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Section 10-15-1(B) of the Open Meetings Act (NMSA 1978, Sections 10-15-01 through 10-15-04), that the Governing Body for the Village of Cloudcroft will be holding a PUBLIC HEARING on November 8, 2022 at 5: 00p.m, in the Village Council Chambers, 201 Burro Ave., Cloudcroft, NM. 88317. The Director of the Alcohol and Gaming Division has granted a Preliminary Approval to Application No. 1240785; name and address of Applicant/Licensee: BW Gas & Convenience, DBA, Allsup’s #102143, 10 Curlew Pl., Cloudcroft, NM 88317. Application type: Transfer of Ownership & Change of Location of Dispenser Liquor License No. 0068, with a distance Waiver since the premises is located less than 300 ft. of the nearest church and located less than 300 ft. of the nearest school, and is therefore being forwarded to the Governing Body for approval or disapproval of the issuance or transfer of the license in accordance with the Alcohol and Gaming Division.
