Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 10-15-1(B) of the Open Meetings Act (NMSA 1978, Sections 10-15-01 through 10-15-04), that the GOVERNING BODY for the Village of Cloudcroft will be holding a PUBLIC HEARING on TUESDAY OCTOBER 25, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. in the Village Council, Chambers, 201 Burro Avenue, Cloudcroft, New Mexico 88317. The Public Hearing will be for the purpose of a Re-Zone Request made by Stacey and Michael Hyman, for their property located at 504 Columbine, in Cloudcroft, NM. The Hymans’s would like to change the current zone of this property from T-1 (Tourist Lodging) to R-1 (Residential, Single-Family Dwellings).
