Planning & Zoning Commission Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 10-15-l(B) of the Open Meetings Act (NMSA 1978, Sections 10-15-01 through 10-15-04), that the Governing Body for the Village of Cloudcroft will be holding a PUBLIC HEARING on TUESDAY, AUGUST 16, 2022, at 5:30 p.m. in the Village Council Chambers, 201 Burro, Cloudcroft, NM, 88317. The Public Hearing will be for the purpose of a Zoning Request made by All Family Partners, LLC, for their property located at 1308-1314 Victoria and 202-208 Skywater Dr. in Cloudcroft, NM. The request is to approve changing the zone from R-1 (Single family dwellings, excluding mobile homes) to R-2 (Multiple dwellings, condominiums, apartments, multiplexes, row dwellings, townhouses). Inquiries regarding this Public Hearing should be directed to the Village Clerk’s Office at 201 Burro, PO Box 317, Cloudcroft, NM, 88317.
