Planning & Zoning Commission Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 10-15-l(B) of the Open Meetings Act (NMSA 1978, Sections 10-15-01 through 10-15-04), that the Governing Body for the Village of Cloudcroft will be holding a PUBLIC HEARING on TUESDAY, AUGUST 16, 2022, at 4:30 p.m. in the Village Council Chambers, 201 Burro, Cloudcroft, NM, 88317. The Public Hearing will be for the purpose of a Zoning Request made by Apache Peak, LLC, The Lodge at Cloudcroft, for their property located 703 Corona Pl. (The Lodge Resort), 700 Corona Pl. (The Lodge Golf Course and Shop); 600 Corona Pl. (The Retreat), and 199 Curlew Pl. (The Pavilion) in Cloudcroft, NM. The request is to approve adding zones C-2 and C-8 to the current zoning of R-1 and T-1 for The Lodge Resort. Adding zones C-2 and C-8 to the current zoning of R-1 and T-1 for The Lodge Golf Shop & Building; adding C-8 to the current zoning of T-1 for The Retreat and adding C-8 to the current zoning of T-1 for The Pavilion. Inquiries regarding this Public Hearing should be directed to the Village Clerk’s Office at 201 Burro, PO Box 317, Cloudcroft, NM, 88317.
