Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 10-15-1(B) of the Open Meetings Act (NMSA 1978, Sections 10-15-01 through 10-15-04), that the Planning & Zoning Commission for the Village of Cloudcroft will be holding a PUBLIC HEARING on MONDAY, NOVEMBER 1, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. in the Otero County Electric Cooperative Board Room, 404 Burro Avenue, Cloudcroft, New Mexico 88317. The Public Hearing will be for the purpose of a Variance Request made by Shelley Hughes, Architect, on behalf of Ronald and Tina Brown for their property located at 1315-1317 Victoria, in Cloudcroft, NM. The Brown’s will be building a new residence on their property and are requesting approval of a 10’ back yard setback instead of the required 30’.
