Minutes of the WORK SESSION of the Governing Body for the Village of Cloudcroft, held on Friday, October 6, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. in the council chambers, 201 Burro Ave, Cloudcroft, NM.
Mayor William Denney called the meeting to order at 3:07 p.m., with the following Governing Body members present: Trustee Gail McCoy and Trustee Grover Sterling, providing a quorum. Mayor Pro-Tem James Maynard and Trustee George Mitchell not present.
Staff/Guests present: Shaela Hemphill: Chief Deputy Clerk; Kevin Summers; Chief of Police, Vyanca Vega; Project Coordinator, Karen Sonnenfelt; Chamber of Commerce, and Debra Spears; Chamber of Commerce.
Pledge of Allegiance
The Pledge of Allegiance to the United States and New Mexico Flags was led by Mayor Denney.
TOPIC OF WORK SESSION
COUNCIL MEETING SET FOR OCTOBER 10, 2023
The Governing Body reviewed and discussed the agenda for the regular council meeting of October 10, 2023. All items on the agenda were reviewed.
No action was taken at the meeting.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Denney adjourned the work session at 4:28 p.m.
