Minutes of the WORK SESSION of the Governing Body for the Village of Cloudcroft, held on Friday, November 4, 2022, at 3 :00 p.m., in the Mayor’s Office, 201 Burro Ave, Cloudcroft, NM. Mayor William Denney called the meeting to order at 3:09 p.m., with the following Governing Body members present: Mayor Pro Tem John Tieman, and Trustee James Maynard, providing a quorum.
Staff present: Shaela Hemphill: Deputy Clerk.
Pledge of Allegiance
The Pledge of Allegiance to the United States and New Mexico Flags was led by Mayor Denney.
TOPIC OF WORK SESSION:
The Governing Body reviewed and discussed the agenda for the regular council meeting of November 8, 2022. All items of agenda were reviewed with the following requests made for follow up.
- Mayor Denney mentioned seeking CES vendor for multi-use facility.
- Trustee Tieman requested water production report.
No action was taken at the meeting.

Mayor Denney adjourned the work session at 4:23 p.m.
