Minutes of the WORK SESSION of the Governing Body for the Village of Cloudcroft, held on Monday, January 22, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. in the council chambers, 201 Burro Ave, Cloudcroft, NM.
Mayor Turner called the meeting to order at 4:05 p.m., with the following Governing Body members present: Mayor Pro-Tem James Maynard, Trustee Gail McCoy, Trustee Timothy King, and Trustee Tabitha Foster, providing a quorum.
Staff/Guests present: Shaela Hemphill: Village Clerk/Treasurer and Vyanca Vega; Project Coordinator.
Pledge of Allegiance
The Pledge of Allegiance to the United States and New Mexico Flags was led by Mayor Denney.

COUNCIL MEETING SET FOR JANUARY 23, 2024
The Governing Body reviewed and discussed the agenda for the regular council meeting of January 23, 2024. All items on the agenda were reviewed.
No action was taken at the meeting.

Mayor Turner adjourned the work session at 6:50 p.m.
