Minutes of the WORK SESSION of the Governing Body for the Village of Cloudcroft, held on Friday, June 10, 2022, at 3 :00 p.m., in the Village Council Chambers, 201 Burro Avenue, Cloudcroft, NM.
Mayor William Denney, called the meeting to order at 3:05 p.m., with the following Governing Body members present: Mayor Pro Tem-John Tieman; Trustee Jim Maynard; and Trustee Gai I McCoy.
Trustee George Mitchell was not present.
Staff present: Jini Turri, Deputy Clerk.
Pledge of Allegiance
The Pledge of Allegiance to the United States and New Mexico Flags was led by Mayor Denney.
TOPIC OF WORK SESSION:
DISCUSSION OF ITEMS ON THE AGENDA FOR THE JUNE 13, 2022 COUNCIL MEETING
The Governing Body reviewed and discussed the items on the agenda for the Regular Council meeting to be held on June 13. 2022. All items on the agenda were reviewed with documentation provided. No action was taken at the meeting.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Denney adjourned the work session at 5:25 p.m.
