Minutes of the WORK SESSION of the Governing Body for the Village of Cloudcroft, held on Friday, January 6, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. in the council chambers, 201 Burro Ave, Cloudcroft, NM.
Mayor William Denney, called the meeting to order at 3 :07 p.m., with the following Governing Body members present: Trustee James Maynard, Trustee Tieman, providing a quorum. Trustee McCoy and Trustee Mitchell not present.
Pledge of Allegiance
The Pledge of Allegiance to the United States and New Mexico Flags was led by Mayor Denney.
TOPIC OF WORK SESSION:
The Governing Body reviewed and discussed the agenda for the regular council meeting of January 10, 2023. All items of agenda were reviewed with the following requests made for follow up.
- Trustee Maynard requested review of how much the additional .1250% in GRT would equate to.
No action was taken at the meeting.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Denney adjourned the work session at 4:45 p.m.
