Minutes of the WORK SESSION of the Governing Body for the Village of Cloudcroft, held on Friday, September 8, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. in the council chambers, 201 Burro Ave, Cloudcroft, NM.
Mayor William Denney called the meeting to order at 3:16 p.m., with the following Governing Body members present: Mayor Pro-Tem James Maynard, and Trustee Grover Sterling, providing a quorum. Trustee George Mitchell and Trustee Gail McCoy not present.
Staff/Guests present: Shaela Hemphill: Deputy Clerk; Kevin Summers; Chief of Police, and Vyanca Vega; Project Coordinator.
Pledge of Allegiance
The Pledge of Allegiance to the United States and New Mexico Flags was led by Mayor Denney.
TOPIC OF WORK SESSION:
The Governing Body reviewed and discussed the agenda for the regular council meeting of September 12, 2023. All items on the agenda were reviewed.
No action was taken at the meeting.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Denney adjourned the work session at 5:07 p.m.
