Advertisment for Bids
Sealed bids will be received by the Village of Cloudcroft, 201 Burro Avenue, Cloudcroft, NM, 88317 for the purchase of equipment for the project known as PURe Water Project - Emergency Generators for the Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants, until 2:00 pm October 8th 2020 at which time the opening and reading of the bids received will begin in the Village of Cloudcroft Council Chambers. The tabulation of bids will be considered by the Village of Cloudcroft Council at its next regular meeting, or at a later meeting if required.
The project will consist of furnishing three each propane gas engine driven electricity generator equipment rated at 150kW, 460V, 3-Ph, and including transfer switches, parallel switchgear, controllers and associated other equipment. This Bid is for procurement and delivery of equipment only. This equipment will be installed at a later date by others.
Copies of the Specifications and Contract Documents are available to Bidders free of charge. Specifications and Contract Documents are provided in electronic (.pdf) format only, and will be emailed to the address indicated in the Bidders request for Specifications and Contract Documents.
A pre-bid conference will NOT be held.
Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of not less than five (5) percent of the total amount bid, which will be returned not later than thirty (30) days after the receipt of bids.
The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred (100) percent of the amount bid to assure performance of the Contract.
No Proposals may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipts of Proposals, and the Village of Cloudcroft reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and waive all technicalities and formalities.
No bidder may withdraw their bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof
