Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 10-15-1(B) of the Open Meetings Act (NMSA 1978, Sections 10-15-01 through 10-15-04), that members of the GOVERNING BODY for the Village of Cloudcroft will be holding a SPECIAL MEETING on TUESDAY, MARCH 1, 2022, at 5:00 P.M., in the Village Council Chambers, 201 Burro Avenue, Cloudcroft, New Mexico, for discussion/action on Scope of Work and Proposed Contract Costs received from CDM Smith for completion of the PURe Project; and to address any issues that may properly come before the Governing Body at that time.
