Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 10-15-l{B) of the Open Meetings Act
(NMSA 1978, Sections 10-15-01 through 10-15-04), that the Governing Body for the
Village of Cloudcroft will be holding a PUBLIC HEARING on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 20,
2022, at 5:00 p.m. in the Village Council Chambers, 201 Burro, Cloudcroft, NM, 88317.
The Public Hearing will be for the purpose of a Zoning Request made by Apache Peak,
LLC, The Lodge at Cloudcroft, for their property located 700 Corona Pl. (The Lodge Golf
Shop & Building) in Cloudcroft, NM. The request is to approve adding zone C-2 to the
current zoning of R-1 and T-1. Inquiries regarding this Public Hearing should be directed
to the Village Clerk’s Office at 201 Burro, PO Box 317, Cloudcroft, NM, 88317.
