NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Section 10-15-1(B) of the Open Meetings Act (NMSA 1978, Sections 10-15-01 through 10-15-04), that the Governing Body for the Village of Cloudcroft will be holding a PUBLIC HEARING on November 8, 2022, at 5: 00p.m, in the Village Council Chambers, 201 Burro Ave., Cloudcroft, NM. 88317. The Director of the Alcohol and Gaming Division has granted a Preliminary Approval to Application No. None Assigned; name and address of Applicant/Licensee: New Mexico Adventures, LLC, DBA: The Lodge at Cloudcroft, 601 Corona Pl., Cloudcroft, NM 88317. Application type: Transfer of Ownership & Change of Location of Inter-Local Dispenser Liquor License No. 2702 and is therefore being forwarded to the Governing Body for approval or disapproval of the issuance or transfer of the license in accordance with the Alcohol and Gaming Division.
