Minutes of the Special Council Meeting of the Governing Body for the Village of Cloudcroft, held on Friday, May 12, 2023, at 9:00 a.m., in the Village Council Chambers, 201 Burro Avenue, Cloudcroft, NM.
- Call to Order: Chair Nathan Tompkins called the meeting to order at 9 :00 a.m., with the following Commission member: Present / Absent:

The following staff & guests were present for the Regular Meeting: Barbara K. Garcia Clerk - Pledge of Allegiance: The pledge of allegiance to the United States and New Mexico flags was led by Chair Tompkins.

- Approval of Agenda:
Chair Tompkins entertained a motion to approve the Agenda for the Special Meeting of May 12, 2023. Commissioner Foster made such motion, Commissioner Beach seconded the motion.

Motion carried unanimously. - New Business:
Review updated Site Plan and Revisions for Allsup ‘s
All commissioners reviewed the updated site plan with movement of main building. Site plans are still within setbacks. Commissioner Foster made a motion to accept updated site plans as presented, Commissioner Bradshaw seconded the motion.
