VOC Governing Body Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 10-15-l(B) of the Open Meetings Act (NMSA 1978, Sections 10-15-01 through 10-15-04), that the GOVERNING BODY for the Village of Cloudcroft will be holding a PUBLIC HEARING on THURSDAY, JANUARY 28, 2021, at 5:00 p.m. in the Village Council, Chambers, 201 Burro Avenue, Cloudcroft, New Mexico 88317. The Public Hearing will be for the purpose of whether the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division should approve the proposed issuance of a Winegrower Liquor License with on premises consumption and package sales to JIM-N-I , LLC DBA, Cloudcroft Brewing Company located at 1301 Burro Ave., Cloudcroft, NM 88317.
