Village Council Special Meeting
Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 10-15-1(B) of the Open Meetings Act (NMSA 1978, Sections 10-15-01 through 10-15-04), that the GOVERNING BODY AND PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION for the Village of Cloudcroft will be holding a Special Meeting on TUESDAY, AUGUST 24TH, 2021, at 5:00 p.m. in the Village Council, Chambers, 201 Burro Avenue, Cloudcroft, New Mexico, to discuss, and act upon New Mexico HB2, Cannabis Regulation Act, and Wastewater Treatment Plant Engineering Contract. A copy of the agenda will be available in the Office of the Village Clerk, seventy-two (72) hours (3 days) before the meeting.
