Village Council Special Meeting

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 10-15-1(B) of the Open Meetings Act (NMSA 1978, Sections 10-15-01 through 10-15-04), that the GOVERNING BODY for the Village of Cloudcroft will be holding a Special Meeting on TUESDAY, APRIL 27th, 2021 at 4:00 pm in the Village of Cloudcroft, New Mexico, to approve the adoption of an Ordinance of the lease between Village of Cloudcroft and 32 Degrees North, LLC., to siss and work on the FY 2021-2022 Interim Budget to conduct any business which may properly come before the Governing Body at that time. A copy of the Agenda will be available in the Office of the Village Clerk, seventy-two (72) hours (3 days) before the meeting.
