Notice is here by given in accordance with Section 10-15-l(B) of the Open Meetings Act (NM A 1978, Sections 10-15-01 through 10-15-04), that the GOVERNING BO Y for the Village of Cloudcroft will be holding a SPECIAL EXECUTIVE SES ION on MONDAY, JANUARY 25, 2021, at 4:00 p.m. in the Village Council, Chambers, 201 Burro Avenue, Cloudcroft, New Mexico 88317. The Executive Session will be for the purpose of Threatened/Pending Litigation Brunner vs. Village of Cloudcroft § 10-15-l(H)(7).
