Public Hearing -Request by CESO Inc.

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 10-15-l(B) of the Open Meetings Act (NMSA 1978, Sections 10-15-01 through 10-15-04), that the Governing Body for the Village of Cloudcroft will be holding a PUBLIC HEARING on TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 16, 2021, at 5:00 p.m. in the Village Council Chambers, 201 Burro, Cloudcroft, NM, 88317. The Public Hearing will be for the purpose of a Zoning Request made by CESO Inc., on behalf of BW Gas & Convenience Retail, LLC, Allsup’s, for the property located at 202  and 204 James Cyn Hwy, in Cloudcroft, NM. The request is to approve zoning the property as C-7 (Vehicle Fueling Stations). Inquiries regarding this Public Hearing should be directed to the Village Clerk’s Office at 201 Burro, PO Box 317, Cloudcroft, NM,  88317.
