Public Hearing June 6th

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 10-15-1(B) of the Open Meetings Act (NMSA 1978, Sections 10-15-01 through 10-15-04), that the PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION for the Village of Cloudcroft will be holding a PUBLIC HEARING on TUESDAY JUNE 6, 2023, at 8:30 A.M. in the Village Council, Chambers, 201 Burro Avenue, Cloudcroft, New Mexico 88317.  The Public Hearing will be for the purpose of a Variance Request made by David Levy, for the property located at 203 Wren Place, in Cloudcroft, NM. He would like to request a 4’10” front yard variance in order to build a porch extending out towards the front of the property.  Inquiries regarding this Public Hearing should be directed to the Planning & Zoning Clerk at 201 Burro, PO Box 317, Cloudcroft, NM 88317.
