Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 10-15-1(b) of the Opening Meetings Act (NMSA) 1978, Sections 10-15-01 through 10-15-04, that the planning & Zoning Commission for the Village of Cloudcroft will be holding a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 17, 2022, at 10:30 am in the Village Council Chambers, 201 Burro Cloudcroft, NM, 88317. The Public Hearing will be for the purpose of a Variance Request submitted by Marion and Angelina Chaves for their property located at 609 Sunset, Legal Description:Subd: SUNSET #2, Lot: 6, in Cloudcroft, NM. The Chavezs wish to build a new residence on the lot and are requesting approval of a 9’6″ backyard setback. Instead of the required 30′.
