Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 10-15-l{B) of the Open Meetings Act (NMSA 1978, Sections 10-15-01 through 10-15-04), that the Planning & Zoning Commission for the Village of Cloudcroft will be holding a PUBLIC HEARING on TUESDAY, MAY 17, 2022 at 10:00 A.M., in the Village Council Chambers, 201 Burro, Cloudcroft, NM, 88317. The Public Hearing will be for the purpose of a Variance Request submitted by John Stroope, Jr. on behalf of Marc Stroope for their property located at 907 Susan’s Way, in Cloudcroft, NM. The Stroope’s wish to add on to the existing residential structure and are requesting approval of a 9’4″ side yard setback instead of 15′ as required for a corner lot.
