Possible Quorum

In accordance with NMSA §Section 10-15-1, notice is hereby given that a quorum of the Governing Body (Village Council) of the Village of Cloudcroft may be in attendance at the June 8th, 2021 tour of the Michael Nivision Public Library, commencing at 5:00 pm.

All in attendance are required to socially distance and wear masks unless fully vaccinated for Covid-19
No public business will be discussed at this gathering. Only questions specific to the property will be answered. No discussion of procedures, policy, the easement, or the contract agreement will be had. A work-study can be set up if discussion of the above items are requested by Council. It will be set up for a future date and will be duly noticed.

The public can follow along the tour, but are also required to wear a mask and socially distance.
