Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 10-15-l(B) of the Open Meetings Act (NMSA 1978, Sections 10-15-01 through 10-15-04), that the Planning & Zoning Commission for the Village of Cloudcroft will be holding a PUBLIC HEARING on THURSDAY, JANUARY 28, 2021, at 3:30 P.M., in the Village Council Chambers, 201 Burro, Cloudcroft, NM, 88317. The Public Hearing will be for the purpose of a Variance Request made by Shelley Hughes, Architect, on behalf of Gabriel & Imelda Gaytan for their property located at 1309 Victoria, in Cloudcroft, NM . The Gaytan’s will be building a new residence on their property and are requesting approval of a 10′ back yard setback instead of the required 30′ . Inquiries regarding this Public
