Planning & Zoning Public Hearing – Locke – January 28th 3 pm

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 10-15-l(B) of the Open Meetings Act (NMSA 1978, Sections 10-15-01 through 10-15-04), that the Planning & Zoning Commission for the Village of Cloudcroft will be holding a PUBLIC HEARING on THURSDAY, JANUARY 28, 2021, at 3:00 P.M., in the Village Council Chambers, 201 Burro, Cloudcroft, NM, 88317. The Public Hearing will be for the purpose of a Variance Request made by Mason Locke for his property located at 415 Balsam Lane, in Cloudcroft, NM. The request is to approve an approximate 14′ front yard set-back, instead of the required 25′ for construction of a carport. Inquiries regarding this Public Hearing should be directed to the Planning & Zoning Clerk at 201 Burro, PO Box 317, Cloudcroft, NM, 88317.
