Planning & Zoning Commission Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 10-15-l(B) of the Open Meetings Act (NMSA 1978, Sections 10-15-01 through 10-15-04), that the Governing Body for the Village of Cloudcroft will be holding a PUBLIC HEARING on TUESDAY, AUGUST 16, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. in the Village Council Chambers, 201 Burro, Cloudcroft, NM, 88317. The Public Hearing will be for the purpose of a Zoning Request made by BW Gas & Convenience Retail, LLC, (Allsup’s), for the property located at 10 Curlew Pl. and 202-204 James Cyn Hwy, in Cloudcroft, NM. The request is to approve adding the zone of C-2 (Retail & Wholesale Stores) to the current zone of C-7 (Vehicle fueling stations). Inquiries regarding this Public Hearing should be directed to the Village Clerk’s Office at 201 Burro, PO Box 317, Cloudcroft, NM, 88317.
