Governing Body and Planning & Zoning Comission Workshop

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 10-15-1(B) of the Open Meetings Act (NMSA 1978, Sections 10-15-01 through 10-15-04), that the GOVERNING BODY & PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION for the Village of Cloudcroft will be holding a WORK SESSION on THURSDAY, JULY 29, 2021, at 5:00 p.m. in the Village Council, Chambers, 201 Burro Avenue, Cloudcroft, New Mexico 88317.  The Work Session will be for the purpose of discussion and review of New Mexico’s HB 2, The Cannabis Regulation Act and the effects on the Municipality. Inquiries regarding this Work Session should be directed to the Village Clerk’s Office at 201 Burro Ave., PO Box 317, Cloudcroft, NM, 88317.
