- Call to Order: Mayor Denney called the meeting to order at 3:45PM
with the following Council members providing a full Quorum:

The following Village staff and guests were present: Barbara K. Garcia, Clerk; Jini Turri, Deputy Clerk,
Chief Summers, VOC PD - Pledge of Allegiance: The pledge of allegiance to the United States and New Mexico flags was led by Mayor Denney.

- New Business:
Transfer of funds out of Money Market Public Fund — account ending in xx-5712 Discussed the amount of funds to transfer from the Money Market Public Fund to construct the Police Department Building. Trustee Tieman made a motion to approve transfer of$350,000 from Money Market Public Fund account ending in xx-5712 to General Fund account ending in xx-5701, Trustee Mitchell seconded the motion. Roll Call vote as follows:

The motion carries unanimously - Adjournment: Trustee Mitchell made a motion to adjourn the Special
