Old Business: Ice Rink:
Update on CAD drawing with Donald Wicklund. Discuss options for temporary Zamboni storage.
Pickleball Courts:
Discuss Cloudcroft PB group wish list and signage.
Discuss process for court reservation for tournaments. (Adopt same method for Disc Golf Course, Ice Rink, CLOC Pavilion, etc.)
Trash Receptacles:
Project has been put in VC hands. Will wait for update.
Master Plan for all Village owned park properties:
Ongoing. Discuss list of all Village owned parks lands and a list of current and potential future uses. Set time to meet with JJ to look at Llana Vista Park.
Ballfield/ Trailhead Project:
Tabled – Waiting on Trustee King to complete drone flight and rendering to designate entry gate, perimeter fencing, parking lot, helipad and trail kiosk locations.
Research and consider purchasing SketchUp, AutoCAD, or AutoCAD LT. Discuss name for ballfield park.
Grant Opportunities:
Discuss City Park Improvement Program grant.
Mission Statement:
Readdressed at 7/09/2024 VC meeting. Waiting for approval.
6. New Business:
Deer Park cleanup. Open communication with Allsup’s concerning fencing.
Discuss Cloudcroft Schools request for basketball goal replacement at tennis courts. Option to just
replace backboard and rim? Request for committee member to research.

The next Committee meeting will be held Monday, Sept 2, 6pm at the Village Chambers.
