NOTICE OF PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 10-15-1(B) of the Open Meetings Act (NMSA 1978, Sections 10-15-01 through 10-15-04), that the VILLAGE OF CLOUDCROFT PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION will be holding a Public Hearing on TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 26, 2019, at 3:30 p.m.  in the Village Council Chambers located at 201 Burro Avenue, Cloudcroft, New Mexico, for the purpose of a Variance Request made by James Jackson for his property located at 105 James Canyon Cloudcroft, NM. The request is to approve a 6’7” front yard setback. Inquiries regarding this Public Hearing should be directed to the Village Clerk’s Office at 201 Burro, P.O. Box 317, Cloudcroft, NM, 88317. 
A copy of the Agenda is available in the Office of the Village Clerk.
