Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 10-15-1(B) of the Open Meetings Act (NMSA 1978, Sections 10-15-01 through 10-15-04), that the GOVERNING BODY for the Village of Cloudcroft will be holding a SPECIAL MEETING Tuesday, October 23, 2018, at 8:30 a.m.,  in the Village Council, Chambers, 201 Burro Avenue, Cloudcroft, New Mexico, to approve and adopt Resolution No. 2018-13, Budget Adjustments for FY 2018-2019 1st Quarter; and to address any issues that may properly come before the Governing Body at that time.

If you are an individual with a disability who is in need of a reader, amplifier, qualified sign language interpreter, or any other form of auxiliary aid or service to attend or participate in the hearing or meeting, please contact the Village Clerk at least one week prior to the meeting or as soon as possible.  Public documents, including agenda and minutes, can be provided in various accessible formats.  Please contact the Village Clerk if a summary or other type of accessible format is needed.
