Possible Quorum
In accordance with NMSA §Section 10-15-1, notice is hereby given that a quorum of the Governing Body (Village Council) of the Village of Cloudcroft may be in attendance on October 1st, 2022, at the Cloudcroft Chamber of Commerce Annual Banquet at 6:00pm.
No public business will be discussed at this gathering. Nor will there be any discussion for the purpose of taking any action within the authority of the Board. The members of the Board will take no official vote or other action.
The purpose of this notice is to merely inform the public that its elected members of the Board may attend the above-mentioned banquet in which a quorum may be present.
