Workshop – Draft Lease Review

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 10-15-1(B) of the Open Meetings Act (NMSA 1978, Sections 10-15-01 through 10-15-04), that the GOVERNING BODYfor the Village of Cloudcroft will be holding a WORKSHOP on FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 5, 2021, from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.in the Village Council, Chambers, 201 Burro Avenue, Cloudcroft, New Mexico 88317. The Public Hearing will be for the purpose of discussion and review of a proposed DRAFT LEASE between the Village of Cloudcroft and 32 Degrees North, LLC.
